The Story Behind Mindcraft
In today’s world, mental health awareness is still lacking, even among those in high societies. Many people remain unaware of common mental illnesses, and the stigma surrounding these issues often prevents individuals from seeking help. During my time in a boarding school, interacting with students from different cultures and origins, I realized that this lack of awareness isn't limited to rural areas but all across India.
People struggle with mental health challenges in silence, without the proper resources or support. This is what motivated me to start Mindcraft—to bridge that gap, provide vital information, and offer practical tools for managing mental health, especially in underserved communities.
About Me
MANNYA GUPTA
I am a student of class 12 at Welham Girls’ School, deeply passionate about psychology and mental health awareness. Over the years, I have explored various aspects of psychology, from understanding human emotions to studying the impact of mental well-being on daily life. My interest in this field has grown through both academic learning and personal experiences, reinforcing my belief in the importance of accessible mental health support.
I have written articles and attended symposiums focused on mental health and human behaviour, each expanding my knowledge and commitment to the cause. Living in a boarding school environment, I observed how mental health struggles often go unnoticed, even in well-connected communities. This realization inspired me to start this project, aiming to make mental health awareness more accessible and actionable for those who need it most.

Beyond psychology, I enjoy playing table tennis, which enhances my focus, and expressing myself through fine arts, using creativity as an emotional outlet. Through this initiative, I strive to equip individuals with knowledge and support, ensuring mental well-being is prioritized in every community.
