Activities and Initiatives

To ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness, Mindcraft will implement a regular schedule of activities, interviews, and lectures. This will provide both individual and group opportunities for learning and support.

Weekly Activities

Mental Health Lectures

A 45-minute session focusing on different aspects of mental health, including anxiety, stress management, and self-care practices. The lectures will be followed by an open discussion.

Interactive Group Activities

Group-based activities such as mindfulness exercises, role-playing scenarios on how to support someone with mental health struggles.

Helpline Support (available 24/7)
